Shipping Policy:
Cynthia's Hallmark Stores use UPS to ship all products. Your order will include the shipping cost for your order as part of the charge. We only ship within the continental United States.

Refund and Return Policy for Product Orders:
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all products that are returned in resalable condition. Return new books, unopened CDs, DVDs, and any other item in their original condition. Items that are not returned in their original condition and unopened, or are not returned within 30 days of shipment date, will not receive any credit.
